Things to do around Brisbane

Are you in Brisbane for a few days and looking for something to do?

There are some great ‘winter’ specials on at the moment, for example:

2 Day/1 Night Rainforest Jungle Camp for only $199 - all inclusive!

2 Day/1 Night Rainforest Jungle Camp for only $199 PLUS FREE ENTRY into the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary + the XXXX Ale House!

2 Day/1 Night Rainforest Jungle Camp + 1 Day Moreton Island Tour for only $299 - all inclusive!

There are heaps of things to do in and around the river city, so come in to Backpackers World Travel at George or Elizabeth Street, and have a chat to the locals - myself or one of our friendly consultants! Cheers, Bree :)

I am a travel writer. I was in Brisbane and had great plans for camping and fishing. But as it usually happens to travelaholics like us, I found it difficult to stay within my budget. That is when I stumbled upon this great Australian site - My Hire Site (http://www.myhiresite.com.au) . Its like ebay except that you can hire stuff instead of purchasing it. I had to buy about $350 worth of camping gear which I was able to rent here for only $30 a week! I then used this service extensively throughout my trip for fishing gear, party wear, etc. Thought I should refer this to you…maybe of help…
